What criteria do you use to determine if an association qualifies a free website?

FreeLaunchDesign.com will custom build your web site for free if you meet the following:
1) yours is a not-for-profit association,
2) your association has at least 100 paid members and your association represents at least $5 million in annual revenue, or your members gross, on average, at least $100,000 per annum,
3) and suppliers are prepared to advertise in sufficient numbers to offset the costs of producing the site. We'll also consider unique circumstances where associations fall outside of the criteria listed above.
